Welcome to Nomora. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking a trip with us. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is considered provisional until full payment is received and verified by our team.
Payment Verification Process:
After you submit your payment proof, please allow for our manual verification process. Your spot is securely reserved for you during this time. Our team will typically review and confirm your payment within 1-2 business hours, after which you will receive a final booking confirmation email.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by You:
If you need to cancel your trip, your eligibility for a refund is based on the date we receive your written cancellation request:
- 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip price.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total trip price.
- Less than 7 days before departure or "no-show": **No refund** will be issued.
3. Trip Operations
Minimum Group Size & Trip Confirmation:
To ensure the best possible group dynamic, our trips require a minimum of three (3) participants to proceed. In the rare event this minimum is not met, we will notify you well in advance and offer you the choice to reschedule to another date or receive a 100% full refund.
Changes to Itinerary:
Nomora reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will always strive to provide a comparable alternative.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health and possess the physical fitness required for adventure activities such as hiking on uneven terrain. Please consult a doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
- You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings (e.g., cameras, phones, luggage) at all times.
- You agree to respect local laws, customs, and the natural environment in all destinations.
5. Insurance
Nomora provides basic travel insurance for participants during the trip. However, this policy has specific limits and exclusions. We are not liable for any costs, incidents, or claims that fall outside the scope of this provided insurance coverage. Therefore, we strongly recommend you purchase your own comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss or damage to personal property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Participation in adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge these risks. Nomora, its employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the trip, except where caused by our direct negligence. Your participation signifies your acceptance of these risks.
7. Campervan Use and Rules
The lead traveler is responsible for the vehicle during the trip. All travelers must adhere to the following rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan.
- No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved beforehand.
- Only the designated Nomora driver is authorized to operate the vehicle.
- Travelers are financially responsible for any damage to the campervan or its equipment caused by their negligence or violation of these rules.
8. Privacy Policy & Data Consent
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and national identity number (KTP/Passport), for the explicit purposes of processing your booking, registering you with our official insurance partner, and complying with local and national park entry regulations. Your data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver our services.
9. Health, Safety, and Personal Medication
- You confirm that you are in good health and possess the physical fitness necessary for adventure activities, which may include hiking on uneven terrain and exposure to high altitudes. We advise consulting a doctor before booking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
- You are solely responsible for bringing and administering all of your own personal and prescription medications. This includes, but is not limited to, allergy medications (e.g., EpiPens), asthma inhalers, insulin, and any other necessary treatments.
- Please ensure you have a sufficient supply for the entire duration of the trip, as specific medications may not be available in the remote areas we visit.
- While not mandatory, we encourage you to inform your trip leader of any critical medical conditions or severe allergies so our team can be prepared in the event of an emergency.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
